Teen Weight Management Program

This is a specially designed program open to teens 10-15 years of age, who are interested in a structured, one-on-one, finess and weight management  program involving nutrition, education and exercise. The program is designed to work with teens on a self enrollment (with parental consent) or a physician referral basis.

8 week course, meets evenings, twice a week, each of  the 16 sessions is approximately 1.5 hours. Monday at the YMCA and Thursday at DeKalb Memorial  May 5 - 29  (May 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29) June 2 - 26 (June 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 29, 23, 26)
