For nearly 40 years, DeKalb Memorial Hospital Laboratory has maintained the highest reputation as a leading provider of quality clinical laboratory services. Our labs are accredited by the College of American Pathologists and are registered under the Department of Health Services and are certified to perform tests under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988.

Community Outreach Services
The DeKalb Memorial Hospital Laboratory has an extensive outreach program, providing services to their patients in the comfort of their own home or physician office. In addition, the Laboratory staff serves area nursing homes, dialysis centers, and clinics for the convenience of their patients.

Wellness Direct Laboratory Services
Introducing Wellness Direct, a direct access program now offered at our Auburn lab location. Individuals can receive self-ordered lab testing and screening services without a physician's order — and without an appointment. Patient's will experience the convenience and benefit of a "payment at time of service program," which does not involve insurance or billing and will provide an economic savings of many screenings at discounts up to as much as 30%. Results will be either mailed, or picked up directly and will include an explanation of screenings and results. No appointments are necessary and registration is required.
