Speech therapy assists people of all ages from newborns to adult with problems in speech and hearing. These problems may be developmental or as a result of illness, injury or stroke. Our goal is to help our patients achieve their highest functional level in all areas of communication.
Speech therapy helps the patient correct speech disorders or restore speech, and may be prescribed to rehabilitate a patient after a brain injury, cancer, neuromuscular diseases, stroke, or other injuries/illnesses.
